This covers the insured device for physical damage.
Accidental physical damage
If we're able to repair your device at a reasonable cost, then the insurance costs will be covered. However, if the cost of repair exceeds 70% of its insured value, your device will not be fixed or replaced.
Claims made within 60 days will have an additional R300 applied. Here's what you can claim within one calendar year.

Mechanical or electrical malfunction
Wear and tear
Reckless behaviour
Theft from an unattended vehicle with no evidence of forceful entry

- Contact MTN to deactivate your SIM card and blacklist the device.
if your device is lost or stolen, report it to the South African Police Services, or any other police service if you're overseas within 48 hours to get a referene number. You'll need this and an Admyntec claim form to process your claim.
